Minutes of the December 20, 2025, C.C.A.R.C. Meeting

The Meeting was called to order at 9:06 a.m. by Tom, KB9WSL, President.

Secretary’s Report:

Jerry, KD9TSH, presented the minutes of November 22, 2025, meeting.  The minutes were approved as read.

Treasurer’s Report:

Dave, N9WCQ, presented the treasurer’s report.

Checking Account Balance as of November 22, 2025 -- $762.45

Check to the Indiana Repeater Council for $8.00

Deposit of $20.00 Donations Received.

Ending Checking Balance $774.45

Savings Account Balance as of November 22, 2025 -- $1,457.57

Deposit of $0.18 for interest payment.

Ending Savings Balance $1,457.75

Total of both Checking and Savings $2,232.20

The treasurer’s report was approved as read.

Bills: 

$56.71 for Janet Flinn funeral flowers.

$46.38 for GoDaddy account 2 years. (For the website.)

We had a motion and passed to pay the bills.

Repeaters:  

Marion, KA9BYN, reported that repeaters are up and running.

New and Old Business

Dan, KV9N reported that on the 3rd Monday of the month at 8:30 p.m. there is a District 4 ARES net on the Galveston Repeater (146.955 with a negative offset and PL of 131.8), this is also a linked repeater.

Inventory – Is basically done. When it gets warmer out, we have some more stuff to junk out. Currently only Marion, KA9BYN, has copy of the inventory list.

Comments/Suggestions

We had a brief discussion on the 60 meters update.

The Fulton County Amateur Radio Club has invited us to join in on their Winter Field Day at the Fulton County EMA Building on January 24th between 2:00 p.m. and 5:00 p.m.

Fulton County Amateur Radio Club started a 10-meter net on 28.385 on Thursday nights at 7:00 p.m.

We also had a new member joined. Let’s welcome Jeff Krysevig, KC9GCL.

Miscellaneous Information

We had a $17.00 donation.

No other business meeting was adjourned at 9:53 a.m.

Had an amendment made under “Comments/Suggestions” Corrected Jeff Krysevig’s call sign from KCGCL to KC9GCL
