Minutes of the February 15, 2025, C.C.A.R.C. Meeting

The Meeting was called to order at 9:00 a.m. by Tom, KB9WSL, President.

Secretary’s Report:

Jerry, KD9TSH, presented the minutes of January 18, 2025, minutes. It was read and approved as presented.

Treasurer’s Report:

Tom, KB9WSL, presented the treasurer’s report.

Checking Account Balance as of January 18, 2025 -- $1,095.18

Deposit $11.000 Donations

Ending Checking Balance $1,106.18

Savings Account Balance as of January 18, 2025 -- $707.52

Deposit of $0.09 for interest payment.

Ending Savings Balance $707.61

Total of both Checking and Savings $1,813.79

The treasurer’s report was approved with no changes.

Bills: 

None.

Repeaters:  

443.650 repeater was not on the correct antenna. Marion switched the 145.230 and the 443.650 antennas. The 443.650 was on the lower antenna.

NCI Hamfest:

NWS is going to be holding a spotter train course. You must pre-register for this due to the limited number of seats. Going to have a food truck. Breakfast in the community building. Testing going to be 10 – 12 and going to have 2 drawing 11 and 2. Going to need some volunteers. POTA forum in the morning.

Old Business:

Inventory after today’s meeting.
