The Meeting was called to order at 9:01 a.m. by Tom, KB9WSL, President.

Secretary’s Report:

Jerry, KD9TSH, presented the minutes of December 21, 2024, minutes. It was read and approved as presented.

Treasurer’s Report:

Dave, N9WCQ, presented the treasurer’s report.

Checking Account Balance as of December 21, 2024 -- $1,044.18

Deposit $20.00 Dues Paid

Deposit $11.00 Donation

Ending Checking Balance $1,095.18

Savings Account Balance as of December 21, 2024 -- $707.43

Deposit of $0.09 for interest payment.

Ending Savings Balance $707.52

Total of both Checking and Savings $1,802.70

The treasurer’s report was approved with no changes.

No Bills.

Repeaters:  

Marion, KA9BYN, reported not much activity but up and running.

NCI Hamfest:

Next Meeting February 1, 2025. NCI Hamfest will be Saturday, April 26, 2025, at the Miami County Fairgrounds.

Old Business:

Inventory after next month’s meeting in February.

HF Coffee Break 4th Saturday of the month at 2:00 p.m. at a local restaurant. Any interest in doing this?
