Minutes of the May 10, 2025, C.C.A.R.C. Meeting

The Meeting was called to order at 9:00 a.m. by Tom, KB9WSL, President.

Secretary’s Report:

Jerry, KD9TSH, presented the minutes of April 19,2025 meeting. The minutes were approved as presented.

Treasurer’s Report:

Dave, N9WCQ, presented the treasurer’s report.

Checking Account Balance as of April 19, 2025 -- $735.55

Deposit $17.00 Donations

Ending Checking Balance $752.55

Savings Account Balance as of April 19, 2025 -- $757.78

Deposit of $0.09 for interest payment.

Ending Savings Balance #757.87

Total of both Checking and Savings $1,510.42

The treasurer’s report was approved as read.

Bills: 

None.

Repeaters:  

Marion, KA9BYN, reported that all repeaters are up and running.

NCI Hamfest:

Going to have a meeting at the end of the month.

Field Day:

Marion, KA9BYN is going to need some help. Need someone to work on food supplies, put up antennas. Field Day is June 28th to 29th.

Inventory

The inventory is not finished yet.

Antenna Work

Going to need fix some antennas, we will need to rent a lift for this. Had a motion and passed to rent a lift to work on the antennas.

Program

Doug, KD9PMT, came down from the Fulton County Amateur Radio Club to present a brief presentation of Winlink.

 Miscellaneous Information

We had a $11.00 donation.

No other business meeting was adjourned at 10:15 a.m.
