Minutes of the November 22, 2025, C.C.A.R.C. Meeting

The Meeting was called to order at 9:01 a.m. by Tom, KB9WSL, President.

Secretary’s Report:

Jerry, KD9TSH, presented the minutes of October 18, 2025, meeting.  The minutes were approved with one change. The change was made under Secretary’s Report. To change August 16, 2025, to September 20, 2025.

Treasurer’s Report:

Dave, N9WCQ, presented the treasurer’s report.

Checking Account Balance as of October 18, 2025 -- $646.45

Deposit $20.00 Dues paid.

Deposit $20.00 Dues paid.

Deposit $20.00 Dues paid.

Deposit $50.00 Dues paid.

Deposit $6.00 Donations Received.

Ending Checking Balance $762.45

Savings Account Balance as of October 18, 2025 -- $1,457.38

Deposit of $0.19 for interest payment.

Ending Savings Balance $1,457.57

Total of both Checking and Savings $2,220.02

The treasurer’s report was approved as read.

Bills: 

Indiana Repeater Council for $8.00 for 1 year. (This is for the 2026 dues.)

Motion and approved to pay the bill.

Repeaters:  

Marion, KA9BYN reported that all repeaters up and running. Marion also commented that we need to watch what we say on the repeaters, we are getting close in being in violation per the FCC Regulations.

New and Old Business

Marion has already sent in our club call for the ARRL’s HOA Bill. This was approved during the September meeting.

We had a reminder that we have officer elections next month.

Summer Field Day

Marion, KA9BYN, shared the results the from Summer Field Day QSO 360, Participants 12, Final Score 1,470.

 Comments/Suggestions

Skywarn recognition has been cancelled.

Any ideas on activities for the club and club members.

Miscellaneous Information

We had a $20.00 donation.
