RatesThese rates effective as of January 1, 2012 All rooms at The Culver Cove Resort & Conference Center are luxury condominiums with kitchens, living rooms with a sofa bed, fireplaces, deck, and a beautiful view of Lake Maxinkuckee. Choose from 1 or 2 bedroom Deluxe units (queen bed in each bedroom), or upgrade to a Prime unit to get more space. Our rates are seasonal; and rates are set each year, so reservations made beyond the date of the published rate schedule are subject to change. All rooms are subject to a 14% tax, which may change. A Security Deposit, which is applied to your total bill, is required for each room reservation. Please refer to the cancellation policy. Full payment for a stay will be collected at “Check In”. Security Deposit rates are: One-Bedroom - $100 Two-Bedroom - $125

CMA Graduation reservations require a minimum 4 night stay, between May 30-June 4, 2012. The full 4 days will be charged for early check outs. Parents' weekends require a minimum 2 night stay. A 50% deposit is required and a special cancellation policy applies.

Cancellation Policy
- Cancelation must take place 30 days or more prior to the arrival date to receive a full refund, otherwise, the entire security deposit is forfeited.
- Cancellations within 24 hours of arrival will be charged for a full one night's stay plus tax.
- Failing to cancel a reservation (no show)will results in a charge for the entire stay plus tax..
