Patriarch FILARET Consecrates Bishop for North America

On Sunday, May 19, 2002 His Holiness Filaret, Patriarch of Kyiv and All Rus-Ukraine, assisted by Bishop Alexander and Bishop Dymytriy, consecrated Father Stephan Bilak to Bishop. ( For a larger view of any of the photographs, you can click on the picture.)

 

Bishop Bilak, former president of the Consistory of UOC-USA in South Bound Brook, NJ was a long time member of the hierarchy of UOC-USA.
